Water Well with Tap (Ozukhana)
Mawlana Abdır Rashid Social Welfare Association
Mawlana Abdır Rashid Social Welfare Association is committed to strengthening community welfare through sustainable, long-term humanitarian initiatives. As part of this mission, the Association has launched the Ozukhana Construction Project, a vital effort aimed at improving access to safe, dignified, and hygienic cooking facilities for vulnerable families in underserved areas.
The Ozukhana (community kitchen) plays an essential role in daily life for poor households, orphans, widows, and displaced communities who often lack proper resources for food preparation. By constructing secure and well-equipped ozukhanas, the Association seeks to reduce health risks, promote nutritional well-being, and ensure that families—especially women and children—have a clean and protected space to cook their meals.
Each facility is designed with durable materials, proper ventilation, and fire-safety measures to create a safe environment. The project also supports community resilience by enabling shared access, fostering cooperation, and reducing the burden on individual families struggling with limited resources.
This initiative reflects our core values of compassion, dignity, and service. Mawlana Abdır Rashid Social Welfare Association remains dedicated to expanding infrastructure that uplifts vulnerable populations and enhances their quality of life. Through the continued support of our partners, donors, and volunteers, we strive to build lasting solutions that empower communities and protect their basic human needs.
